Yesterday we had an abundant Sunday dinner at home. The menu included: 🥗 Mung bean sprouts salad in oriental motifs 🍲 Legume noodle soup 🍚 Saffron, dates and almonds rice 🥘 Irania vegetable stew with dried lime 🍫Chocolate tart with salt. I don’t think it's necessary to explain that everything was very delicious, and my beloved man was asking for the second help, despite lamenting that he would be fat. Especially he liked the soup. To cook all these courses, I spent many hours in the kitchen. For me, cooking is one of the ways of self-expression, so most often I choose complex sophisticated dishes, unusual ingredients that perfectly match. I cook for a long time with pleasure, but I don’t do it 365 days a year. Like any creativity - cooking requires inspiration, and sometimes I have no mood to give my best in the kitchen, although this happens infrequently. In this case I cook following the simplest recipes of vegetable dishes, which btw my man is also very fond of.
