My not so guilty pleasures.. Cheesy sauce (recipe from @thevegan8 ) made with blended salsa, #nutritionalyeast (or #bjäst ), #cashews and a little water. Let it simmer on LOW heat while it thickens. ------------------------------ Lazy refried beans: A can of black beans with most of the liquid mashed with a fork and simmered a few minutes with onion powder, garlic powder, ancho chili powder and salt.
