You're a sore loser ever since then -- before you even join the Dream Academy and leads you to KATSEYE with your biggest crush, Sophia Laforteza.
You're very much aware that she's straight but that doesn't stop you from admiring her even if it has a little ache in your heart, you will always admire her from inside and out because the pain she gives you makes you feel alive, somehow.
"hey? earth to yn!" Lara exclaimed as she nudged you, you were in live with Lara, Yoonchae, and Sophia but the whole time, you were just staring at Lara's phone - where the live is streaming - and admiring Sophia. "yeah? sorry, was just thinking 'bout something" you mumbled, face heating up as you just got caught slacking. you looked at Lara finally but your gaze fell on Sophia's side view once again.
"i asked if Dani gave you her hoodie?" Lara asked and you just nod mindlessly, pointing at the nearby chair where your bag is and Dani's jacket is on top. "why?" you asked, looking back at the stream to see eyekons pointing out your little slacking over Sophia.

"don't drool much, you're salivating, literally" Lara said, pushing your face away from the camera and you groan as embarrassment floods over your body. "the leader might melt, my god" Yoonchae said with that teasing, annoying smirk of hers, making Sophia -- who's been quiet the whole time -- giggle as the girl looks at you. Of course, you fumbled just by that, avoiding her gaze as you hid your face in your hands, you can feel your own blood rushing through your neck up to your cheeks.

Your management decides to film a day out in Tokyo for summer sonic. The management paired everyone up and somehow, you got Sophia, it was embarrassing for you because you, as an introvert and loser, definitely don't know how to keep the conversation going or even talk especially with Sophia. but the girl knows that you have a little trouble of communicating.
While strolling in the busy streets of Tokyo, you're looking down at the list that the two of you made while Sophia is talking to the digital camera that the management gave you to film your day and Sophia showed your little form to the camera, you're wearing a plain white shirt with a flannel and just your usual spiderman jorts.
First stop is at the Tokyo Dome, you were eyeing the big ass rides while Sophia squealed excitedly, grasping your wrist to pull you to the rides since you two have booked online much earlier, so you guys wouldn't worry for any tickets. "let's go na! it's not even that scary, juts" Sophia sxclaimed as she forcefully pulled you to the line of the big roller coaster that looks like will make your heart drop and throw up your organs. "are you for real..? like this? first ride?" you mumbled under your breath while watching the people who's in the ride, scream their lungs out.
"why? scared, juts?" Sophia teased as the coaster comes to an end and the line became incredibly shorter and unfortunately of you, you guys still got counted by the staff and got the seat at the second car from the front. "im not scared" you defended yourself and you two let the staff fix your straps and safety lap bar to have a great restraints.
"cameras aren't allowed, miss, please leave it to us and we'll provide it back later." the staff said when they saw the camera on Sophia's lap, the girl didn't hesitate and leave the turned off camera to the staff before holding onto the bars and the carts are moving now. "lafi, i swear to god, im gonna kill you after this" you said as your nervous system were screaming as the carts are going higher and higher. your pulse beating rapidly along with your heart until the cart finally fall and you, the loser you are, squealed in high pitched as you hold onto Sophia's wrist tightly.
"juts! you're holding onto me too tight!" Sophia said, laughing as she held your hand as she squealed at times but not like you who's squealing -- shouting the whole time, chanting Sophia's name like she's a goddess who'll help you bypass this experience. "Sophia- Sophia- i swear to- SOPHIA!" you screamed as the coaster gave another lap that made Sophia laugh than be scared, the on-ride camera capturing your screaming face and Sophia's laughing face like seeing you suffer gives her joy.
Once the ride has come to an end, you stood up from the cart with your jello legs and Sophia had to stand you up or else you'll be falling. "easy there, juts" Sophia said softly as she held you by your waist and Sophia retrieve the camera from the staff as you two came to the counter to look at your pictures and Sophia giggles as she turns the camera on to capture your pictures at the big TV, seeing your scared face and her laughing at your sufferings.
"you're so fucking mean" you mumble but can't contain your own giggles at the pictures, looking too silly. "whatever you say, juts. let's pick a soft ride this time, kawawa ka naman" Sophia said with a teasing smile and she was met by your slight smack on her arm before your "date" went on.

Christmas Season has come and your management gave your group a break but before Sophia goes back to her hometown in the Philippines, she decides to spend a day with you.
"hmm, you wanted to visit that Lego shop, right? how about let's go there?" Sophia asked while she's sitting infront of her vanity mirror, fixing her make up while you're on her bed, waiting for her. "really?" you asked, a bit shocked because you thought the girls (except Megan who's loser and a nerd like you) wouldn't care with your Lego cars obsession.
"'course, juts. but after that, you'll go with me to buy new make ups" Sophia said and you - as a minimalist who doesn't really care about make ups - nods, you can't really do anything about it anyway.
In the Lego store, you smiled as you held Sophia's hands and pull her to the Lego cars area, seeing tons of beautiful type of Lego cars like F1, Lambo, Mazda, or Miata. You were mesmerized and Sophia stifle a chuckle by this. "pick one, juts. it's my christmas gift for you" despite of you having the same money as her, she still somehow spoil you (and the other members) whenever she can. "can i.. this is like 508 dollars" you asked for permission as you held up a big box of Ferrari Daytona SP3 gently as if it'll break in your hands.
"final choice, juts?" Sophia asked softly and you looked back at the aisle of lego cars, you wanted to grab many more but of course, you still have shame and you just nod at Sophia who gave you the softest smile ever before pulling you to the cashier to pay for the car. "you better build this before i come back from the Philippines" Sophia said teasingly, giggling as she saw your eager nod. "i promise, i'll finish this before you know it" you said eagerly, smiling as she pays for the box.
But all jokes and dates aside, all that was bare minimum and nothing but platonic to her. Maybe. As you think, it was.
It has been a week since you went on a date with Sophia but you were greeted by rumors online that Sophia is out with a boy named Leon Barretto. You were hurt for sure but that was your own foolishness anyway. You fell for her, didn't dare to think about the consequence of her being straight, possibly not reciprocate your feelings but who are you to be the little menace and ruin their relationship (allegedly)?
But then you saw a comment that Sophia clarified that she and Leon were nothing but friends ever since childhood, that calmed your aching heart. But then, a notification pops on your phone.
you were shocked because it's midnight in the Philippines right now, so you wondered what got into her.
It was shocking that she was assuring you, privately with this issue. You thought it was unusual for her especially you don't have any right to be jealous of that boy but now, she's assuring you like you two are together. "what is going on with her.." you mumbled to yourself and then the bubble of her typing appeared and once the message popped up, your breath hitched.
