yeah, I know. I will likely have no chance of convincing my partner of those names, except for Tristan which is Germanic enough for his tastes… He might go along with “Brida” which I could still shorten to “Bree”. And we’ve more or less agreed on our first choice girl’s name: Lorelei (though we need to decide on a spelling too)

The struggle is real - I have so many English names I love but Germans would just screw it up (we all know it’s true)

I read through the woods yesterday and it was AMAZING!!! I’m also reading middlesex but I’m kinda disliking it so I’m regretting picking it up right now, honestly... my edition of the great gatsby has a pretty horrific cover but I love the story.
