1) I generally like myself, which is a neat thing! That’s not to say I don’t have flaws (there are many) but I feel pretty positive about myself on the whole.
2) I like my hair! I’m a natural ginger and enjoy having a Look. Makes me easy to spot in a crowd.
3) Generally, I like my life! I’m really fortunate to love graduate school and have a job that I love, too (I teach as part of my graduate stipend and I really enjoy it). I have a bit of a “live to work” mentality and although I do whine about having to do things like leave the house, I get a lot of satisfaction in doing my job. Of course everyone has things they would change, but on the whole I think I’m really fortunate to work somewhere I love and excellent friends.
4) I love my dang OCs! I’ve been working on a comic for a number of years. I self-publish and have it in storefronts in a couple of states. I’ll be pitching it to Image Comics and some other places in the very near future. I... really want to be a professional comic artist and I think that Knocking on the Sky is a fun story!
5) I like that I get into things! I tend to get really into stuff-- recently it’s been Witcher 3 and Magic: the Gathering ( @theoldaeroplane‘s fault thanks for that i love you). I get a lot of joy out of seeing people really into their hobbies so it’s a trait I’m glad I have.
(side note: all you Witcher fandom people have been crazy welcoming! thanks for making a ginger feel right at home <3 also velvetto i could go out and call out all of your art that makes me swoon but I’m going to call out this image and all of your batform Regis in particular because what the hell, they’re beautiful dammit)
