This is no surprise in the best sense of the word. What you see in the photo is what you have on your palate and nose. The wine took on this rich honey color. On the nose you have notes of honey, exotic fruits and ripe fruit and even spices. In the mouth we find the candied exotic fruits, there is the acidity which compensates a little for the sweet side. The wine has a nice length on the palate. 🍇 🍇 On continue le tour d'Alsace qu'on a commencé avec @vinovoyage Le Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives fait partie des grands classique d'Alsace. Celui-ci est sans aucune surprise dans le bon sens du terme. Ce que vous voyez sur la photo c'est ce que vous avez en bouche et au nez. Le vin a prit cette riche couleur de miel. Au nez vous avez des notes de miel, de fruits exotiques et de fruits mûrs et même des épices. En bouche on retrouve les fruits exotiques confits, il y a l'acidité qui compense un peu le coté sucré.
