mischief, enthusiasm

Mischief

She doesn’t telegraph it too much, either through her expression or body language - because where’s the fun in that? She enjoys seeing how long she can go before someone catches on. Her frame relaxes very slightly - she’s not settled down or calm, by any means, but there’s a lack of tension that would otherwise be present. Her optics might light up, too, and she won’t be able to hide a hint of a smile forever.

Enthusiasm

Enthusiasm, as a general rule, tends to make Riella look a few years younger than she otherwise does. She’s visibly alert - sitting or standing straight up, optics wide, shifting a little in place or otherwise showing restlessness - but she’s not tense. Her optics are usually bright, and she may be smiling - or trying not to, because the situation calls for professionalism. Chances are, she’ll be practically bouncing in place.

This isn’t an emotion she shows frequently, either during the war or after it, but at a younger age this was practically her default state.
