hellooo…

since today’s the last day of blind guardian’s north american tour, i wanna post some footage from my experiences at the blind guardian shows. i went to two shows from the tour and they were both PHENOMENAL! i had so much fun, lots of special moments happened, met new people which was so nice. these shows are definitely as great as the first time i saw them live :,) i could honestly write a book about everything lol.

here are some pics i was able to capture <3 not a lot, since i wanted to enjoy the shows to the fullest. (also, im not too familiar with tumblr like before…we can only use one video per post?? idk, either way i couldn’t add in a video here for some reason 🧍🏻‍♀️).

wow…i know that i disappeared again but WOW…so much has been happening that idk where to even start.

this past sunday i saw blind guardian in oelsnitz, germany inside of a castle and it was something that i will never forget! for the occasion, i decided to make a flag for the event.

this is my very first flag that i’ve made and i’m honestly so proud of it. i had so many ideas for it but since i suck at art in general i tried with what i could. even then, this was a little challenging because of the time crunch i had, but it was soo much fun to work with :3

the show was beautiful…one of the smallest shows i’ve attended by far (this was my 4th BG show). met some new people and was so happy to finally show the band what i made in less than a week 😭. hansi gave me two thumbs up and apparently marcus would constantly look at it 🥹💗 i’m so happy that this happened. being able to see blind guardian in their homeland again after almost 2 years is wild to think about. ✨🇩🇪

i thank my best friend, omar, for being an absolute trooper for willingly renting a car in germany to go from essen to oelsnitz (almost a 6 hr drive) and then driving after the show back to frankfurt before we head to our flights…everything was possible because of him 🫶 i’m so glad that he enjoyed his first blind guardian show!

so yesterday i returned home from visiting my family for a few weeks and i was given this beautiful surprise from my boyfriend and oh my god i can’t stop admiring this gem 🤍 a twist in the myth book box set! the stamp set was what blew me away, honestly. 🥹 it’s age is showing on the cover - since the owner prior had this stored away in storage, but it’s basically brand new on the inside ☺️
