#I'm about to get very personal about something that I didn't ever want to talk about here but like I need to get shit out of my head #I'm so fucking scared about this stupid ass ai age verification shit with YouTube like... I'm not joking when I say that YouTube #got me through most of my grief since age 12/13 like it's been something consistent that's been there and just #I so so so badly want to have a YouTube channel to create and bring solace to people to maybe make a small change in the cc space as a whole #but like I can't stand for this what they're doing and I don't know if just boycotting will be enough to stop it #I just idk I try so so hard to stay positive but things feel like they're just getting worse and worse #and now my dream feels like it's at stake cause if they're doing it with YT who's to say it won't happen with streaming platforms #I just... I don't know what to do- I'm scared and I've never been so damn passionate about a job I want to do before and now #now I just feel helpless about it maybe if I had started sooner we wouldn't be here but idk...#again I never wanted to really talk about this here cause this is for my fandom stuff and I wanted that to be separate but like #idk...#I just want things to be okay...#vent hours

On March 24 of last year I got laid off. I liked my job but I didn't realize how much I liked it until I didn't have it anymore. I started volunteering there last month and I had a shift today and I had a really hard time. I want to volunteer and help out, but going there is just a reminder of what I lost...

Oh hun I’m so sorry 🥺❤️ that is really difficult. But look at you! You’re still going in and volunteering your time and you’re so unbelievably strong to be doing all of that. I have confidence that things will get better and it’ll be because you worked your ass off for it😤💪🏽 you can do this!

In all seriousness though, I really enjoyed being part of this wonderful community (even if I'm only a minor member lol)!

Splatoon definitely has a lot of memories for me even if I don't play as much or play badly! I mean, after all, this whole blog was made purely out of Splatoon, and then just spread to other video game content!

So yeah, this is my short love letter to Splatoon! To the community, and more importantly, the game!
