"Yeah!" Vernir says, tapping the side of his reunion cape. "Said to be able to reunite you with those you care about, no matter the distance."

"And while it's not part of my current wish..." he glances over at Gen. "It was part of another wish I made, six years ago."

Oh thanks for the offer but I actually have been in this world for a while! Just... Have kept a very low profile since well... Most mons aren't exactly Talking about the somewhat odd popplio who works in a cafe.. But yeah things are alright! No need to worry. I have a profession I'm happy with. A boss who is nice. Hey there! We're Team Gardeners, of the World of Pokemon! We saved this world from the Desperation Crisis a number of years ago now. Seems like some humans are coming into our world, so we decided to make a tumblr account to help them adjust and help inform others.

Hi! I'm Gen, and I'm a Dewott. I was the human hero of the Desperation Crisis. Due to some stuff that happened at the Worldcore, I'm able to travel back and forth between the world of humans and the world of Pokemon, and I can even let others come with me! Gen and Vernir look over at the little bird, the former's ears pricked up.

"Aww, look at you!" Vernir said, as Gen adjusted his grip on the egg. "Are you hungry for lunch? Sorry, we don't have any food with us, but we can get you some!"

Vekpa: HI. I SEE you also received an egg for the FESTIVAL. What do you think will HATCH from yours?

"I'm...not sure," Gen says, looking down at the egg. "Don't know if it'll be a Pokemon, or...something else."

"Whatever it is," Vernir says, gently laying a leafy arm on the egg, "We'll do our best to take care of it."

(@lightofunova) Reshi@Vernir: “Oh! You’re a long way from Unova, what brings you all the way out here?” She kneels down to his height. “I apologize, I’ve geen gone for awhile, what is this crisis you’ve been working to prevent??”

"Oh, I've never actually been to Unova! I'm from the Mist Continent!" Vernir says, smiling. "Nice to meet you!"

"The crisis we're trying to prevent...Pokemon across the Thunder Continent are going missing, and turning up as what we're calling 'shadow Pokemon'," he says. "We're hoping to find the source and put a stop to it."

"We've been told the egg will help us with that, so..." Vernir glances at the egg Gen is holding. "Here's to holding onto hope!"

(@pokeaskstarfestival ) Chi hovers on top of Vernir and Gen, looking a bit confused. "Chi-i?"

Mina: "What do you mean the wish is too farfetched?? I think its very noble! And since when are you allowed to judge on wishes??"

The Jirachi shrugs and apolagizes to the both.

Mina: " Sorry about that. Speaking of wishes, the Shadow Crisis? Is there going to be a catastrophe?" she says looking a bit worried.

Gen's eyes widened. It wasn't a valid wish?

"What do you mean it's too farfetched?!" Vernir asked, tail lashing. "If I could wish for Gen back in the Worldcore, then..."

Gen sighed. Seems like he'd have to come up with another wish...one that would still result in the world of Pokemon being saved.

"You should be fine here," Vernir says, tail drooping against the ground at the revelation about this wish. "It's something that's happening to my world."

"Long story short, Pokemon on the Thunder Continent in Vernir's world are going missing, and turning up as what we're calling 'shadow Pokemon'," Gen says, ears flattening a bit against his head. "They can't feel very many positive emotions, and while it can be fixed...we're trying to stop it as soon as we can."

"Hence..." Gen said, glancing at his and Vernir's wish paper, as he clutched the egg with one of his arms. "...the wish."

Gen and Vernir decorated their wish paper together, smiling and exchanging banter as they added colors and shaped it to their whims.

"You know what the wish is gonna be?" Vernir asked, a smile on his snout.

"Of course!" Gen replied, as he took a colored pencil, turquoise colored. As he wrote down the wish, he also spoke it aloud.

"To save the world of Pokemon from the Shadow Crisis!"
