Couldn't really participate in @verso-hell-week myself this time but I had a rough idea i wanted to do for today's prompt: Fallen angel
Verso Hell Week day 9: treachery, ice (aka brainfreeze xD)

🔥 Verso's Hell Week (14-22 February) 🔥
Hi! We're considering organising a Verso-centric week (well 9 days) themed around Dante's Ninth Circles of Hell finishing at Verso's birthday. There would be one main theme for each circle per day, with two accompanying subthemes related to it. The goal is for everyone to be able to find inspiration from it, be it fic or art or another fanmedia.

Inspired by the fic I wrote for that very same day: Petals Lost In The Wind
I’m going to try to keep my drawing simples for this week (2 hours max). I’m not allowed to trace over models like I usually do to train my skills, so we’ll see how it goes : D
New COE33 Fic: Nautilus
title: Nautilus
summary:
The other Verso loved water, and so he did as well. Other Verso Painted water everywhere in the Canvas, although presumably, like the rest of the Canvas, he Painted it for fun and not for death. Flying Waters, which was Painted in a fit of childish fury after he realized he could not live in the ocean, contained something like breathable water. It made for an adequate alternative to the traditional ocean on days when Verso craved the peace of being underwater but not the pain of drowning. It wasn’t nearly as calming as swimming in real water, but it at least didn’t tempt him with the sleep of death. Not more than usual, anyway.
Or, an exploration of Verso and his relationship to water, the sea, and a certain very cute aquatic mammal.

serious TW for the depression, suicide, and for somewhat graphic depictions of drowning. Not too bad, but not fade-to-black either
Well, was gonna start posting this fic series I've been cooking for months now starting tomorrow, but ya'll went and suddenly made it 'Verso Hell Week', and now AO3 is being absolutely flooded with Verso whump.
I mean, I get it. The 22nd is next Sunday, and I'm glad this community is alive and thriving enough to come together to create a whole ass inaugural fic week of beating this sad sack of a man. But gosh dang it, I want to let this wild animal of a fic loose without it getting trampled to death.
Is that too much to ask?
I'll just wait until next week, I suppose....
Very late to @verso-hell-week, but here's my VP for Day 1 prompt: Death || Forgiveness
