"I don't want to die, it's what you said," Cole's eyes half closed, his lips pursed and for a moment all too real he looked at her as if she were no more there than if she'd be in an imagination. "Theres blood on your fingertips, it's warm and it won't stop- you're clutching the silks... the sunlight is bitter on your skin and the shadows seem closer." his words trembled, babbled and A'luce, the elven woman- the Inquisitor, felt a weakness in her stomach. "Madly you scratch at the arms holding you down, his blood or your blood- the forest is dying... you are dying." Cole's hand shook beide him and A'luce's brows wrinkled. "Cole stop- you don't know... you don't know what you're talking about. Stop." she begs him in an assertive whisper, a breath that harbors a strangled sob. "The more you fade, sinking into the ocean- cold waves washing over you... the tide takes you and you feel emptiness and peace, your blood isn't warm. It's not over though- it's not--" and Cole gasped suddenly, the Elven woman's fingers grabbing his tattered coat and her lips twisted and a light flickers in her eyes. He sees her in that moment, truly sees her, the cracks in the skin near her white glowing eyes and the raw energy that overwhelms the both of them. Justice holds her her heart and mind but A'luce guides the purpose. "Cole you don't talk about that, you don't speak-" and the boy looks innocent, naive and scared. He stutters and the blinding rage subsides. "I want to help you." he whispers and Justice subsides, A'luce on the ground in a crumpled heap and her hands pressing against her face. Cole sinks beside her but even then he knows he cannot help her, so instead he looks to the tall- bald Elf standing behind them both. "She wants you to free her, she wants you to... kill her."
