I don’t usually rant but I have quite a comfortable anonymity on tumblr so,

I just had interaction with an exclusionist on twitter. it’s honestly disheartening that there are still so many exclusionists out there that are saying aros and aces don’t belong in the lgbtqia+, it’s like I’m finally 100% comfortable with these identities and I just need to be reminded that some people still don’t validate me. ahh I need some positive aroace shit right now.

There is exactly one thing I'm enjoying about having caught a cold at Tsukino-Con, and it is that no matter what I do to my sleep schedule, I can always reset it by just deciding to go to bed at 3 or 4 am without having to use melatonin to bash it into position. That usually doesn't work if I woke up at 3 pm that day or I got 12 hours of sleep or I didn't fall asleep until 9 am the previous day - all of which have happened to me in the last week - but my mutant superpower of not feeling the least bit tired for hours after when other people do has been knocked out of commission by an ocean of mucus.

After the first couple of days I wasn't really tired during the day anymore, it's just draining enough in the background to make me able to sleep on demand at night.
