Compliments with my own writing: I think I have great ideas, tons and tons of them, but I feel my execution and descriptions need work. I guess I didn't really give myself a writing compliment, lol, here's this, I love that I write so much for everything. I have story beats, characters fleshed out, relationship levels, world history, and so much more done. I know Widfali might seem like a mess as I struggle to know what to say when and where and how much to reveal. But I'm happy I put the effort into it.

so i read the shadowhunter series like? 5 years ago? and to this day i remember only one thing from all of the 6 books and it's the part where the sam? (simon?) dude gets kidnapped by a preteen vampire who has a crush on him and when he wakes up he realises he's in a cage?? and he's wearing tight leather pants that are (and this is a direct quote bec it is literally stuck in my mind like chewing gum on the floor) "very tight. very leather."
