What is ‘vesre’?
It’s a form of slang that is used (primarily) in Argentina and Uruguay. It means “(al) revés” and that is how it usually works: you change the order of the syllables in a word. The most common example is “feca”, which is “café”
I’m going to list some of the words I use with my family, or the ones I’m most familiar with:
Keep in mind that some of this words are offensive and this is a list that you shouldn’t add to your vocabulary: you can only use ‘vesre’ in certain contexts (with your family, friends, significant other) and it would be considerated vulgar if you use this slang outside of those contexts.
