I use the big words in my notes for on of two reasons:

1. To properly describe the issue/disease/injury so any other vet can look at them and know exactly what I encountered

2. So if the notes get sent to another clinic the other vets won’t judge me

It’s normal to have a favourite sedation protocol and favourite clamp.
