I don’t want to be called a hero, but if you’re going to call vets heroes and then use my service to promote your racism and stupidity, I’ll be happy to take that hero privilege and use it to remind you that Black lives matter more than socks.

@Regranned from @rextacular - Firing dude won't have any serious negative impact on his life tho. Hell, there's a racist hiring manager or two that probably reached out to him for an employment opportunity. Remember Black people: whenever wypipo have a negative opinion about another race...they more than likely, 99.999% of the time [totally made up, but probably accurate statistic,] hate your Black a$$ too. #itsokaytobewhite @kaepernick7 keep doing what you do....you're a hero! #vetsforkaepernick colinkaepernick marshawnlynch michaelbennett jessewilliams @raylewis can consume a penis! #blacklivesmatter #brownlivesmatter notmypresident notmypres notmyprez #oneblackfriend #rextezinowins #rextacular #goodnoose #equalbutseparate #slavericans #moors #blacksareafrican #africans #blackwomen #blackmen #blackisbeautiful #blackisthenewblack #melanin #blackpeople #blacks #latinos #blacksandlatinos #nativeamericans #poc #samestruggle #betheinfluence #africanamericans #hispanics #sharethis because #youarethemedia
September 24, 2017 I learned that Vets support Colin Kaepernick and other players rights to protest because that’s what they served for. Everyone is saying what is disrespectful to the vets except the fact the vets aren’t saying that at all. They fought and served for our right to agree and disagree peacefully. (PT. 2)

@Regranned from @crackedrosecoloredglasses_us - #Repost @therealremyredd ・・・ The Department of Defense statistics are alarming -- one in three women who join the US military will be sexually assaulted or raped by men in the military. The warnings to women should begin above the doors of the military recruiting stations, as that is where assaults on women in the military begins -- before they are even recruited. But, now, even more alarming, are deaths of women soldiers in Iraq, and in the United States, following rape. The military has characterized each of the deaths of women who were first sexually assaulted as deaths from "non-combat related injuries," and then added "suicide." Yet, the families of the women whom the military has declared to have committed suicide, strongly dispute the findings and are calling for further investigations into the deaths of their daughters. Specific US Army units and certain US military bases in Iraq have an inordinate number of women soldiers who have died of "non-combat related injuries," with several identified as "suicides." 19-year-old US Army Private #LavenaJohnson, was found dead on the military base in Balad, Iraq in July, 2005 and her death characterized by the US Army to be suicide as a self-inflicted M-16 shot. On April 9, 2008, Dr. John Johnson and his wife Linda, parents of Private Johnson, flew from their home in St. Louis for meetings with US Congress members and their staffs. They were in Washington to ask that Congressional hearings be conducted on the Army's investigation into the death of their daughter, an investigation that classified her death as a suicide despite extensive evidence suggesting she was murdered. #VeteransOfAmerica #VetsForKaepernick #veteran #USveterans #military #America #USNavy #nationalanthem #BoycottTheNFL #SocialInequality #boycottnfl #BlackLivesMatter #NFL #Football #lebronjames #policereform #stephencurry #trump #donaldtrump #MLB #NBA #therealremyredd #blackmedia - #regrann
Marine vet for Colin Kaepernick
Colin Kaepernick has remained silent throughout the media storm that has potentially destroyed his career. Although the behemoth, athletic apparel company, Nike, has made him the face of their brand recently, Kaepernick has not been allowed to return to his specialty which is pro-sports. The fact that Kaepernick has become relevant due to the nature of our current political polarization, a polarization that can potentially lead to positive change in our county, it is disappointing to witness the outpouring of negative attention in social media channels. Military service members are aware that they serve to protect and spread the values of which we most champion, those such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and equality. When the protest against companies and public figures that seek to remind us all of such values, it is confusing and ultimately it does not promote democracy.
