My brother made metal cover from Snes ' Gundam -F91 (and I drew the robot and Sean did the graphic design).

Warming up for some #explosionsound shizz I'm working on. #drums #drummer #metal #vgmetal
What i like here, is a old fashioned zelda take on metal :D give it a listen :P
This rendition of the track "Metal Squad" from the game Thunder Force IV (known as Lightening Force in the US for whatever reason) is amazing. As far as faithful VGM covers go, it's high on my list, accurately mimicking the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis' Yamaha 2612 sound chip's sound and eccentricities while also being a very atmospheric and well-rounded adaptation of the original composition. It's got a lot of clipping in the rhythm guitar track, which may divide opinions, but that's part of what I find so authentic about it.
Powerglove is the shit. Idc.
Quite possibly the greatest remix of Dancing Mad I think I've ever heard.
There is also some "One Winged Angel" for good measure.
