I Fucking Love You 01
i.
Frost and Tokyo's love story isn't that complex and just as simple and kinda cliché as everyone else.
But, circumstances started appearing as they went on and that may have caused all this chaos in the first place. If only... if only they communicated more, things wouldn't have to turn out this way.
Well of course, what's done is done, so I'll just tell you everything from the beginning...
The butterflies, the cringe things they did, and the almost innocent love (if not for the things they do inside that two storey apartment of theirs) from the start.
It's just a normal and typical romance love story but I hope you'd give theirs a shot.
first day.
"You may now proceed to your respective buildings. Have a great school year everyone!" As the principal ended her closing remarks, she got off the podium and the students started scattering around, looking for their classmates and friends.
Meanwhile, Tokyo just sat on her seat waiting for the people to disperse so she could go out without hassle. She decided to maybe rest a bit as she read a book.
But her plans got disrupted when someone suddenly called her name, "Oh, Tokyo!" causing her to turn her head from its source.
And when she did, she saw Khalil Ortega, her batch mate from her previous school. They're not that close and you could say they're just acquaintances.
You see, he's a junior of her brother, Kyoto Benitez. Khalil sometimes visit their home with all the other school councils to have a meeting, and that's when she knew him and the others.
He walked towards her with someone following him but she couldn't see who it was. "Oh Khalil, hi." She greeted once he stopped in front of her.
"How's kuya Kyoto? He's also attending here right?" He asked with a smile. "He's alright, he just got out a while ago with some of the student council."
Tokyo replied with a rather relaxed smile but her face still shows her intrigued expression and Khalil quickly caught it. "Oh, I'm sure you know him right?" He stepped aside a little to let her see.
And there he was, standing in front of her with the same expressionless face he wore everytime for the past decade. "Hello." He spoke before bowing a bit which startled her.
For the past few years she knew him, this is the closest interaction she had with him. "H-hi." She stuttered while replying causing her to frown internally.
"Anyway, what course did you take? You're pursuing doctorate too?" Both men sat down on her right side as the two of the conversed with each other.
"I took, business management, I really have no interest on being a doctor." She casually replied while looking at the stage but subtly looking at Frosti with her peripheral vision.
"I heard from kuya Kyoto back then that you wanted to be a pediatrician, Frost here," He stopped midway to look at Frost and point at him. "is taking that specialization now. You two could've been block-mates."
"I know."
"You know?" It was already too late when she realized what she answered. The two of them aren't that acquainted with each other so it'd be weird that she knows what his course was when they're not even mere classmates in senior high.
"Uh, he just kinda looks like one who'd take pediatrics." She smoothly replied before awkwardly wandering her eyes around.
Tokyo noticed that only a few of them were left so she immediately gathered her things and stood up. "I should get going now, thanks for accompanying me." She then bowed to the both of them who remained seated on their seats while looking at her.
"Ah, yes, see you around." Khalil replied with a smile as he watched her walk away before looking down at his phone.
As she walked towards the exit, she stole one last glance at Frost. But when she looked back, she didn't expect that she'd meet his eyes because he's still looking at her.
She quickly retrieved her gaze while clearing her throat as dhe walked steadily to her building.
