People who have a lot of followers don’t care in the slightest, but I still feel the need to say it...
If you post an “aesthetically pleasing” photo of yourself in a hospital gown, then I will fucking unfollow you so fucking fast. Literally, no.
If you are struggling, fine. Write about it. Blog about it, whatever. I get that. But stop with the hospital gown, IV wearing, pale linoleum tile floor containing etc. etc. photos!
Even if it’s not directly related to your ED, stop it. Stop, stop, stop.
