Day 17: Vampire

Ok, so it might not be easy to find a good daguerreotype of a Vampire but here he is. I think I'll call him Obediah, or Dyer, for short...after he favorite hobby.

Victorian Window Lit Portrait

Below are two photographs edited with different sepia looks. One being a lot warmer and brighter in colour.

Below is the model before shoot:

To create this victorian style portrait, I used window light as the main light source and a reflector, positioned to the left. Below is a set up of my shoot:

Victorian Window lit Portrait.

There was no space for us to use the studio for our window lit portraits (we will use studio this week) so we wandered around the college looking for a suitable spot. It was difficult to find somewhere without harsh ceiling lights so the end result is not actually window lit but turned out not too bad using 50mm lens and a reflector. Hopefully this week using just window light we shall have better results. I edited it on Lightroom to give it a more aged look.
