The skinny on Skinny Me Empowerment

I started this journey with Skinny body care but somehow the care was missing when I needed my team most, but any who through good friends who did not drop the ball I am pressing on and discovering what Skinny me Empowerment really is. It can be summed up in three words.

Skinny- What it feels like when your at your right size.

Body - your body is the most amazing thing you will ever own so why not take care of it as such. Treat your body good right now and you will be rewarded down the road.

Care- that is what this blog is really all about. When we care for each other that is when this road gets a whole easier.

Because these three words I am empowered to keep going and going I shall with good fiends who got my back.

Quando menos esperamos, as tempestades chegam. O vento forte parece arrancar-nos da segurança que antes havíamos experimentado, mas basta uma linda manhã com céu azul para percebermos que a tempestade se foi e deixou atrás de si um grande trabalho de reconstrução.
