LOCAL DRAGONBORN WIZARD GETS A GLOW UP!!

Vihl’s a black dragonborn and i mean.. when i played him he was a transmutation wizard but i see him as more of a necromancer now ? or a evocation wizard who dabbles in enchantment and illusion magic. He used a refined version of minor illusion to change the colour of his scales and horns since he finds his base scales rather dull and ugly.
