Oh hey it’s one year anniversary of ep 7 where lots of good things happened like Phichit winning his first GP gold! and Yuuri does a full rotation of a quad flip to surprise Victor! and of course The Kiss™️!

I’ll always cherish watching the kiss my first two times because I broke into tears of joy. I, uh, have talked a little about why things from that ep were important to me - some I deleted because I just get extremely wary of that personal info being exposed online. And it still is. I’m not going into details again, but since I came out as trans and nonbinary then basically a trans, nb man I had a hard time reconciliating with my attraction to men, but now also as a guy. I still like guys, have stronger preference for them. I still appreciate positive posts affirming gay men and bi ppl of all genders for loving men, but heck if I want to be able to open myself up again to another male lover.

Yuuri and Victor have been endless source of joy and hope for me, and helped me feel more okay in my skin as a bi guy who likes men a lot. And I know many other gbp men who feel the same.

For me, Viktuuri has been canon since that confession in ep 5. But the fact they still build up to further development for Yuuri in his journey on learning what love is to him, and the damn timing and overall context leading up to that BIG DAMN HUG followed with a BIG DAMN KISS from VIKTOR #VIKTORIOUS
