Itachi single-handedly killing almost every single member of his clan (including his parents) overnight just on a whim is totally believable but that a ninja village typically a little wary of clans with powerful kekkei genkais, especially after the said clan was suspected of sabotage, might have gotten them killed in a highly efficient manner is not believable at all. Lol.
I can understand Naruto might find it unbelievable since he was only a small child, who lived alone and was shunned by everyone, with no real access to information, and he is still learning about this world currently but that these experienced, battle weary, grown ass men having worked for the military arm of the village since they were kids themselves find it so unbelievable is so damn funny. Especially because it was true. Lol.
