finally  the  music  that  was  playing  was  actually  good  &  it  was  loud  enough  for  you  to  dance  along  to.  with  a  large  glass  of  rum  &  coke ( that  was  very  light  on  the  coke. ) ,  she  was  on  the  middle  deck  of  her  yacht  dancing  away -  finally  able  to  enjoy  herself.  when  she  saw  a  familiar  face ,  she  draped  her  arm  over  there  shoulder  &  encouraged  them  to  dance  along  with  her .  “ i’m  so  glad  you  came . ”

              clifford  was  no  stranger  to  the  riviera  villas  ,  summer  after  summer  both  him  and  his  family  would  come  to  have  a  well  deserved  break  from  work  .  this  time  however  ,  his  folks  were  very  busy  with  his  half-brother's  wedding  ,  so  much  that  their  annual  trip  was  cancelled  ,  or  was  it  ?    he  needed  an  escape  ,  from  his  parents  ,  his  brother  and  most  importantly  his  brother's  fiancée  ,  which  is  why  this  year  he  was  all  on  his  own  ,  away  from  everyone  he  knew  ,  or  so  he  though  ,  it  seemed  like  many  familiar  faces  were  roaming  around  the  villas  and  one  in  particular  just  sat  next  to  him  at  the  oceana's  pool  bar  where  he  was  already  having  his  first  drink  of  the  day  .  "  care  for  a  drink  ?  my  treat  "

*  ㅤ♡  ㅤ  𝒕𝒉𝒆  𝒂𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒉𝒐𝒍  𝒓𝒂𝒏  through  evie’s  veins  as  she  exited  the  carpe  diem  club  for  some  fresh  air  .  she  needed  a  small  break  from  all  the  dancing  &  drinking  —  otherwise  she  would’ve  simply  passed  out  right  there  ,  in  the  middle  of  the  dance  floor  .  with  a  glass  of  some  unrecognizable  drink  in  hand  ,  the  blonde  walked  out  the  front  door  ,  reaching  out  for  her  bag  .  sober  evie  would  never  be  caught  smoking  a  cigarette  ,  but  drunk  evie  was  definitely  not  thinking  straight  .  as  she  rested  her  back  against  the  wall  ,  she  glanced  at  someone  approaching  and  her  scarlet  lips  instantly  curved  upwards  .  “  hey  ,  what’s  up  ?  ”  ,  once  she  recognized  the  person  in  front  of  her  ,  she  took  a  cigarette  from  the  pack  and  handed  to  them  .  “  want  one  ?  ”  ,  she  asked  slowly  ,  dragging  the  words  ,  and  finishing  it  with  a  giggle  .
