Harvest 2020 : we’ve crossed the finish line !
We are happy to share with you that our 2020 vintage is all safe in the cellar. After an eventful year, a rainy spring with a hot and dry summer, we had an early harvest (September 9th - 25th) with exceptional weather. The vines were beautiful. Our pickers were remarkable with their efficiency and solidarity. The joy of picking a promising vintage was felt by the entire team. The berries coming into the cellar were small, full of sugar and very concentrated. Yields are lower than in 2019 and practically equivalent to those of 2010. The vinification is going well. The first tastings show a beautiful homogeneity, offering rich colour and density. Elegant and powerful wines are to be expected.
