I did finish all of 5 whole masks today. Previously, it took me a week to finish one. I have loved ones who need them because of the lives/work they have. This isn't yet enough, but at least I got moving forward. My workhorse (avocado-colored) Kenmore Zigzag machine decided to freak out with its ailing upper tension knob today. Fortunately, I have the dead-heavy (aqua) White brand machine at the ready. It's not only beautiful, but the straight-stitch machine is a trouper... a "tank" that can function well through the 10 layers of fabric on the corners. It's a joy to use! The only down side to my aqua beauty is a pushbutton to reverse direction. That's a bit hard on my arthritis. At least it pushes toward the floor. I had a machine which had a front-to-back reverse pushbutton, and that machine scooted backwards on my table frequently, LOL. I am heading to bed at 2 tonight. Last night it was 4. (I like 4am a lot, but it doesn't work for us together during the day. I am trying to get back to 1:30 again... yeah, really.) Plus, does everyone else need more sleep these days with all that tension in the air???
