Vtg 1946 PYREX Glass Ovenware Ad- Perfect for Framing and Retro Kitchen Decor - This is a 1946 print ad advertising Corning Glass Works & their line of glass ovenware that is likely the best of its type ever produced for quality, price & strength - PYREX. Pyrex is one of the most popular glass ovenware brands there ever was, the original pieces made by Corning are still highly sought after today and still in use. This original magazine ad would look great framed, it measures 9.50" X 12.25" in. Also make perfect gift for anyone, including yourself for own decorative touches (think housewarmings, baby/bridal showers, weddings, birthdays, Xmas etc). Framed ads are quickly replacing art pieces as decor due to lower cost & used in any room of house & many businesses. Also used now in scrapbooking, decoupage, junk journals, reference, teaching, more. Ads show a simpler time that is gone, nostalgia often sells ads. Info. history & stories can all be found online, but these ads can't. Been trimmed to remove some defects, but some may remain along with discoloring & wear marks. Most ads are 50- 75+ yrs old so wear expected as collectibles & many desire old pieces to show age. All ship flat in plastic between sheets of cardstock
