For any record aficionado, when in Kyoto I would highly recommend Jet Set Records. They’re, without a doubt, one of THE finest record stores I’ve ever been to. I’ll be going there again. I picked up a Dave Brubeck double album in perfect condition for ¥500 ($4.81) and it sounds great. Best of all, they actually seem to take care of the records they get their hands on.
