Viola and Bethryn have never actually met. Cord got Bethy about 3 years after Vi died.

Dante’s middle name is actually the name of Cord’s youngest son from when she was human. Viola really wanted to name the kids in ways that would pay reference to Cord because they would probably never meet him.

Myra is partially named after Cord. Viola knows Cord’s human name so she gave her daughter Cord’s human middle name, Jane.

There’s a little part of her that wants to have kids, but Vi isn’t sure if that’s a great idea.

The first time Viola realized she could touch someone with out getting flashes of their memories, she cried.

Before she died, Vi never dated anyone. This was mostly because she had no control over her abilities and could not touch anyone without seeing more about them than she ever wanted to know.

Cord is, in a strictly legal sense, Viola’s father. When the demon found her, they were going around as a guy. Vi’s biological father had signed her over as a ward of the state, so Cord legally adopted her.
