I am full of anger. So much anger. It's tearing me apart and leaking through the gaps of me, staining everything I touch.

TW EXTREME GORE
Angel isn't sure what is happening. Everything is both hot and cold, right and wrong, but most of all everything hurts. Its bones are breaking and shifting, its organs reforming. Angel whimpers in an agony it had never felt before, feeling its incredibly tenuous grasp on humanity slipping ever further away. With the crunch of its jaw reshaping and the wet sound of more teeth growing in its mouth, Angel's grasp on whatever semblance of humanity it ever had faded, leaving it a beast driven by wrath. Its head elongated, its whimpers abruptly cutting out as its vocal cords snap, its throat getting thicker and sturdier. Its spine sprouted jagged points, the black fur growing from its skin, now tough and leathery, concealing them. Its hands twisted into paws, claws lengthening and sharpening. Its teeth spiraled into the shape of a triple edged blade, its eyes turning the vibrant red of freshly spilled blood. As its vocal cords rejoin, it snarls in pain, shaking its head before glaring out upon the world, its eyes alight with the inhuman intelligence of a predator. Blood dripped from its coat, the last remnants of its former self pooling on the empty alleyway and draining into the sewers. The Angel Beast growled low in its throat, swiftly padding out of the alleyway and into the city.
Violent Angel by Bianca Sommerland

What I love about this authour is their ability to build a world, introduce characters, and have you feeling like you’ve known them forever by the end of the book! This was a face-paced story, full of dark and twisted individuals, good and bad, with unwinnable circumstances, that don’t always turn out well or as expected. What it also is is a study in found family, learning to rely on others, and not trying to control or win every situation you find yourself in. There is no black and white, everything is in shades of grey, most on the more deeper end of the scale. It was a wild ride, and now, I can’t wait for more <3
Fuck Off
I'm Angel Brown, Avatar/Aspect of The Slaughter. It/its. If you misgender me, I will not be held responsible for my actions.
[Beware: This character lashes out frequently and will often say hurtful things. Like, this is a daily occurrence.]
