All I can think about is how are they going to explain this to violet.

I loved Nikolas’ guilty “oh, shit. what have I done” look when Elizabeth was talking about Hayden and her having left sweet little Violet with Finn.  I wonder if he, like the writers do sometimes, forgot that that Hayden is Elizabeth’s sister and they are in a good place.  Yeah, boy, you better get Hayden back to her little girl and sister.  When Elizabeth hears that Nikolas is the reason her sis left town (and her child) this time, she better rip Nik a new one.

Violet Barnes should be JEWISH. She should be celebrating Hanukkah!! Children traditionally adopt the religion of their mothers, so Violet would be Jewish like Hayden and her maternal family (minus the Webbers). Finn should be complaining about Christmas because he knows his daughter isn’t a Christian and wants to do right by her and his baby mama by respecting their faith.

It’s a little sad, but yeah. Though like I said, she still loves him, Violet’s just a little more familiar with her mother.
