I've been finishing an old sketch of izzy and fletch (and violet of course, Is My Oc Noticeable Guys) and it got me thinking about their relationship a little y'know.

like usually when I see people ship them I roll my eyes like UGHHHH they're one year old keep the hetslop away from them But then I remembered that in the context of violet's story they're kind of on and off dating in the way that a middle school queer friend group is always on and off dating each other. Y'know. like they don't really know exactly what romantic attraction feels like so their relationship is basically just "can i hug you after class later" and then they end up not hugging cuz they get scared. also they last a week. and then they're like man this is scary let's just be friends again and then it goes right back to normal because they weren't really in love in the first place y'know ? they're just two queer kids in middle school who think they have crushes on each other because they don't know exactly what platonic love feels like! if you were in GSA in middle school I'd imagine you'd understand what I'm getting at. they were like the only two kids in the knight's academy GSA I think. ethan zilgo is probably gay but he would not be caught DEAD hanging out with those two LOSERS!!!!!!!!! oh also violet is part of this on and off dating thing too but who gaf

post-season 5 violet and crimson designs, mainly for their scars and such, both are about 18 here!! explanation under the cut because its really long and I can't give a brief explanation for the life of me

after violet, being controlled by monstrox, forces crimson to fight against her sister in the joustdome gladiator arena (causing crimson to go into a mental breakdown smile,) she reunites with the lava monster as her normal self to attempt to calm her down. crimson at first is the equivalent of a very stressed out dog that doesn't know it's being helped and keeps trying to attack violet for "betraying" her, but eventually manages to come to her senses and realize it wasn't violet's fault and she was being controlled. after spending the night being comforted together, crimson finally decides they need to stop talking for a while as they both had just gone through a very traumatic event together and they need time for themselves. violet agrees, and the two part ways for about six-ish months. once the time felt right, violet made a trip back to the outskirts of burningham and met crimson for the first time in months at their old meeting place. aaaaand this is how they looked body-wise. sorry for the long ass explanation I'm REALLY bad at brief ones. i mostly made this as reference for their scars and how their bodies were affected by Violet's Villain Arc, such as crimson's melted horns and violet's scars from the robotic enhancements. violet also has some vitiligo that formed around her skin trauma (also because it lowkey runs in the family) and crimson has bruises from getting the Shit beaten out of her briefly by macy. but dw they're mostly chill now. all their interactions are incredibly awkward whenever crimson stays with violet's family but there's no hard feelings just lots of awkward fist bumps

thought i'd finally post violet after Keeping Her Secret for way too long!! she's my main nexo knights oc and she's macy's younger sister!!! i originally made her for a nexo knights rewrite (because i was really mad that macy couldn't be the leader because she was the heir to the kingdom) but i quickly realized i couldn't write so now i kinda just Have Her. feel free to ask questions about her in my asks because i am DESPERATE to infodump about her after 8 months of keeping her locked up in my brain hole

also here's some concept art of her when i was still working out her color progression .... i'll elaborate on the third one later smile
