I don't know why do we hate meeting new people. Maybe because we've created our own environment where we're comfortable with people we've always known and hence we take time adapting to that phase where we talk and open up to new people and get to know them or maybe we're bound to think that we're supposed to make them our friends and stay with them or we are functioned to think that we've to impress and make them like us or maybe because of the fear that they won't like us. Shouldn't we normalise meeting new people and getting to know them even though we may or may not become a part of their lives I guess ; maybe. But yeah know social anxiety is a different thing
