Went back through this series and realized I made a mistake counting on day 4! Ha! #virgoissues . Enjoyed a mini-practice tonight. A bit of time melting into the ground in a wide-kneed child's pose (one of my faves) The required minimum 3 sun salutations and a bit of cow & cats to round it out. .
