Because I’m going to be struggling to edit my audition for a few days for Dani’s ( @lightofheze ) roleplay, here’s a design I worked on a while ago for my character, Queen Lilith Khalina (Played by Queen La from the Tarzan animated Tv show).

I’m very happy with her face and visual presence but I think I’ll work on her costume more. The intention was that she wears soft silks for movability and to remain cool in her homeland, as it is a very hot kingdom (an Anglo-Arab inspired nation. Fictional and nameless currently). I like the thigh jewellery and the idea but I’ll definitely work on it.

The daughter of an English Princess and Arab prince, Lilith is as ruthless and cold of a leader as she is beautiful. Her kingdom is prosperous and its people happy, though burdened with the knowledge of the monarchy’s bloody past...

Two of my pets; Harvey and Bailey. Harvey is an English Springer spaniel and Bailey is a mini lop-eared rabbit. I have another rabbit, who is also a lop but her markings are even more complicated than my dog’s, so perhaps I’ll recreate her another time. My dog is a big daft thing. He adores ear scratches and belly rubs and kisses and walks and food and everything really. Bailey is an absolute sweetheart. He’s so hyperactive but loves nothing more than to cuddle into my arms for a sleep. We nicknamed him ‘Bailey-Bob’ when he was younger because he used to bob his head up and down when he was curious about something.

If you’re an editor, I challenge you to create your own pets! Just choose a non/disney animal of the same species and recolour them so that they look like your own pet! If you don’t own any animals, don’t worry; just choose one from the internet and recreate that image! This is just a fun little challenge for those that are inspired to do so!
