The Idiots

a book and film by James Hogan, X1 and X2.

The film is about the making of an investigation and creation of intelligence and how far free speech allows this intelligence to be presented and conveyed. There are two biographical stories intertwined, one of James Hogan and the other of the author. James Hogan created intelligence and advised accordingly and the other; the author, desperately sought advised all his life but never got any until he only worked with James Hogan. Before James and after James Hogan, instead of receiving advice the author had to constantly fight for the right to exist.

In 2010, the author has been asked to make a presentation of himself in “Virtual Alien”, the story is set in a highly competitive and rotten world that is show business “A non-so fictional story about the tribulations of a virtual artist who is trying to survive in show-business and slowly discovers all the machinery that keeps him alive”. Many of the reviews received suggested that the presentation didn’t go far enough and many had wanted to know more. There was a careful consideration in this film to separate an “elegant” presentation with behind-the-scenes war zones. All this combined together became the essential components of the Idiots.

“The Idiots” has warnings. Many people have been concerned and will be on seeing this presentation since many people did wrong and still cannot recognise how wrong they were.

Four people died during the making of The Idiots and its subject matter revealed even more people who died or have been abused, vanished and disappeared. As it will be the author’s last film, the remaining team hoped that all the people that we have lost or have been abused could have their story presented and it won’t be in vain. The future of many is at stake.

Outline Two protagonists are narrating their own stories in over 40 years in media and show business exploring the methodology of the information that creates the Intelligence that will later be used to run the country and questioning this very methodology. When the biggest frauds are being committed, the biggest child abuse scandals are committed and where nothing is being done, where was this "intelligence", where were the guardians and the protectors of the British nation? Where were these paid civil servants when one of the protagonists contacted the authorities in several decades to report the most gruesome child abuses and multibillion frauds? Instead, the protagonists had to live in fear for their life.

  The two main protagonists are: James Hogan, one of Britain's biggest advisors, top 10 FTSE advisor and advisor to several PMs. He passed away two years ago during a treatment for an aggressive cancer and has been thrown out of the hospital the day after a huge heart operation where he caught a major infection due to an NHS strike in the care of the community (Nick Peterson's that is). Thousands died during the strike. Nick Peterson started in music when he was 14 in the eighties and sold millions of records as Virtual Alien and Old Nick or X1 and X2.

The RED project The RED project is 40 hours of interviews conducted with 13 broadcasters and ex chairmen and direct general of the BBC back in 2015 and 14 minutes have been extracted to feature in The Idiots. For "The Idiots": samples from "RED" includes:  Lord Grade (ex-chairman of the BBC), Jean Seaton (official biographer of the last ever book on the history of the BBC), Sir Peter Bazalgette (amongst other grand responsibilities, Chairman of the British Art Council), Adam Boulton (Sky News UK), Peter Ibbotson and Roger Bolton BBC broadcasters.

They come to the rescue of the threatened outcast, by performing the “devil dance" conjuring the evil spirits. They surround the evil and the threatened outcast managed to remove the gun from his enemy and kill him. He has killed and he is evil too. The murdered outcast is lying on the floor and the dancers in turn bow down, in a sign of respect.

The dancers toast to the dead wishing it a resurrection to a new being, pure and good. "

The ballet itself is a taken-on Britain's society in the 21st century and the desperation endured by some members of society too often ignored. It may depict an unflattering view of the Royal family but it also underlines the deep divide between different classes in British society.

The soundtrack has been divided into 3 albums: Moonlight, The Story of Heaven and Hell and DCLXVI.

In the chapters, the main narrator undergoes a psychoanalysis and indirectly introduces the ballet.

The ballet is itself an apogee of the art but a reflection on British society, selfish and desperate that is driving many to become outcasts without safety net and completely ignored by the political mainstream that is shaping society.

The author and 2 producers are long terms ballet dancers and have been meaning to create a presentation around this artform.

The music is composed for the purpose of the ballet by Virtual Alien and Old Nick (X1 and his alter ego X2), songs and a performance of Moonlight by Beethoven and Bach.

Virtual Alien by Old Nick

An autobiography.

"Old Nick is one of the five devils in popular belief. It is also the name of the artist and Virtual Alien's alter ego (X1 and X2) and together as Virtual Alien and Old Nick have sold over 6M records.

There was a jazz band then a heavy metal band a another DJ plagiarist from Japan and recently an idiot wearing on long coat.

All the PROs such as ASCAP / PRS cannot conceive why anyone would take someone else's name. Old Nick has been registered since 1983 with over 27 albums and over 100 singles released.

Is this the curse of Old Nick?

As far as violation of trademarks and plagiarism the war is omnipresent.

In 2024, over 500 songs from the artist inside the database of ASCAP have been hacked, leaving the 1932 virus date on each song thus removing the amount copyright years and effectively placing the songs in the public domain with a knock on effect in the world database.

It has taken 3 months to reinsert all the songs in the catalogue and thus extending the copyright of another 70 years but in deleting its history.

The matter has been reported to the FBI but its staff is working from home and doesn't have time to deal with it, has been corrupted or can't be bothered.

ASCAP ignored the problem as it literally threatened its own existence. Suing for millions could be long and complex and we're left in the laws of the jungle.

It has created a dangerous precedent as nothing prevents the artist from calling himself " Google " and get away with it! "
