Adventure Series – Virtual Cache – Epcot SpaceShip Earth – Fountain Of Nations
Today's adventure brings us to Disney's Epcot in Florida. Our challenge is to find two (2) Virtual Caches - the first is at the Future World Pavilion and the second is at the Canadian Pavilion within the World Showcase. Spaceship Earth is a geodesic sphere that serves as the symbolic structure of Epcot. Travel in time and explore the history of communication on a ride that takes you from the Stone Age to the computer age.
The Fountain of Nations within Epcot's Future World Pavilion holds 149,000 gallons of water with 30,000 gallons cascading over its tiered sides every minute. Two hundred (200) pneumatic shooters help create dancing waters to various Disney musical selections for guests to enjoy. The Fountain of Nations serves as a bridge from Spaceship Earth, where we are one humanity sailing through space and time together, and the World Showcase, where each culture is celebrated as a separate entity.
