5 Things to do for virtual dates!
How to maintain your LDR during the pandemic? Well, first of all you’ll need some smacking ideas for your next virtual date with your boo. But don’t worry we’ve got you covered!
1. Virtual Netflix n Chill: Ah we really miss the classic Netflix n Chill! Unfortunately COVID ruined it a little bit, or so we thought! But we recently discovered the virtual version to be just as exciting. Hit up your date on Zoom or Skype, choose a movie together and press play at the same time. Whatever happens afterwards is totally up to you. We’d recommend wearing some nice underwear though in case things are getting heated. And, in our opinion, there’s nothing better for LDR than some hot video sex!
2. Take a stroll together: Get your bae on the phone, video chat or not, and head to the nearest park, forest or wherever and take a romantic stroll together. You could even pack some hand warmers so it’ll feel like you’re actually holding hands. Talk about your surroundings, paint a picture with your words, or just pop on the camera and show’em around a little bit!
3. Cook together: Who doesn’t love a warm, delicious meal? Just because you can’t physically enjoy it together, doesn’t mean you have to miss out on a romantic dinner date! Decide what you want to make together and get cookin’. You can share all the funny mishaps together, give each other tips and of course in the end enjoy the result of your hard work together. Once you’re done cooking set up a nice, romantic table with candles and a good glass of wine (or whatever beverage it is you prefer) and talk, laugh and flirt over your delicious self-made meal.
4. Game night: A virtual game night is definitely one of our favourite date ideas so far! You can either have an intimate one on one game session or you invite some of your friends to join in and make a whole thing out of it. There are plenty of game options you can choose from there’s app games, online games and of course the old fashioned board game (you just need to make sure everyone’s set with some dice and you should be good to go). Also, you even have the option to make it a little bit more sexy with some couples Q&A games or the classic Truth or Dare 😜
5. A simple drink: This one is the easiest of our date ideas. All you need is a glass or two of your favourite drink and your SO on your laptop. You can talk all night, joke and laugh together and flirt (duh!) as if you weren’t just separated by hundreds of miles. It will feel just like you’re actually, physically together! This date doesn’t need any fancy set up or preparation, it’s just you and your date and truly that’s all you need for a perfect evening!
