Drabble Day! Could you please do a ReaderxSam, with the prompt, Cookout? (Ps, you’re amazing, luv 😘)

Thank God for Jody Mills. You and the boys had been needing a break for a long while now, but it wasn’t until Jody called and invited you to her yearly cookout that the three of you decided to take one.

“You having fun?” you asked as you handed Sam his plate. He shrugged a little and smiled up at you from where he was sitting. Worried, you sat down beside him.

“I thought you were gonna go inside and teach Claire how to better dress like an FBI agent?”

“Yeah,” you sighed, leaning your head against Sam’s shoulder, “but I’d rather just hang out with you. We don’t get to spend a lot of time together, just you and me.”

Sam reached off to the side and set his plate down, then laced his fingers with yours. “You’re right,” he replied. “I miss getting to take you out all the time.”

“Do you think we could convince Jody to let Dean crash here whenever we pass through so we could go on a real date?” you asked, smiling when you saw Dean talking with Jody over by the grill. “I don’t think he’d mind getting to use her grill and the game system she has for the girls.”

Sam laughed. “I don’t think he’d mind, either. We can ask her later tonight.”

“Why not now?”

“Because,” Sam answered, standing and pulling you to your feet as well, “I want to hang out with you and eat food and listen to the cheesy country music that the radio keeps playing.”

You grinned. “I think that’s the best idea I’ve heard all day.”

16, 21, 52, and 62!

16. How long do you study for usually, if you study?

When I was in school, there were probably some subjects I didn’t study enough while there were others that I couldn’t get enough of. It also depended on which classes I was taking at the time. I made the mistake of taking both British Literature and American Literature at the same time and I passed Brit Lit with A’s and got C’s in American Lit. (I should mention here that teaching style of the Brit Lit class worked better with how I learned and the professor was 100% better...)

21. If there was a movie based on your life, what would it be called?

I honestly don’t think I’ve done anything in my life worth having a movie made about me... but maybe something like... They Call Me Becca or something like that ;)

52. Favorite clothing store?

I don’t really have a favorite story.. but have stuff from Torrid, Maurices, Forever 21, Rue 21, Old Navy, Target and Walmart in my wardrobe. I can only buy my jeans at Torrid and my favorite every day shirts come from Target.

62. What books do you plan to read this year?

I love romance novels. Especially ones about cowboys and or athletes. I’m on goodreads.com if any of you want to add me. My goal for this year is to read 100 books and I’ve read 30 so far (I’m apparently 2 books ahead so far).

Happy Birthday @virtualgirlfriendsan I think I was already sappy enough on Facebook? It's amazing how fandom can change your life... you start to share your interests with random strangers, and before you know it they become your best friends and your life gets better for knowing them... We met because of Erica in Girls Weekend... that still just blows my mind- or that two weeks later, I'd tease you about buying tickets to Philly and YOU DID and then invited me along! Complete strangers! God, we're both insane... Thank you for being such an amazing friend, like the little sister I always wished I had... you know it's tough love and I'm not gonna sugar coat it but I always got you... That's why you're my baby girl. Always. Any time of day or night I'm here for you... And I promise one day I'll plan more appropriate craft projects for your kids, but I'll be the best aunt!
