Fighting this virus
So I have a big trip coming up in two days... I feel congested, headache and watery eyes. I decide to go on the offensive and start with zinc and tons of fruit based vitamin C while upping my Vitamin D3 and fermented cod liver oil. After a few hours, I am on the decline so I head to the interwebs to see what else is recommended by my primal peeps. I have now eaten 4 raw cloves of garlic(INTENSE) and had 3 cups of fresh ginger root tea (damaging one fingernail in preparation). I just cooked up a steaming mug of grass fed bone broth with cayenne pepper, local honey, fresh garlic and kelp powder. Nobody is going to want to kiss me, that's for sure! I am heading to bed early to add sleep to the mix. Am I missing any whole food, all natural immune boosters? I need to be healthy by Friday morning.
