I am still recovering from a persistant flu 🤕🤧 So here is a quick picture to show you that some work is done this week but.. not much though. I was keeping up on the Beurs last week with a feverish head and a sore throat. I must pay now for just going on. So my plan is to work 1/2 days for at least 4 more days as my energylevel forces me to a newborn 👶🏻 routine with a long nap 💤 in the afternoon. And then there will be time and energy 🔋 again for some nice new projects, cause new ♨️ hot stuff is still coming in !! Now first my pale head needs a blush and then I”ll be back at business! Fighting this virus
So I have a big trip coming up in two days... I feel congested, headache and watery eyes. I decide to go on the offensive and start with zinc and tons of fruit based vitamin C while upping my Vitamin D3 and fermented cod liver oil. After a few hours, I am on the decline so I head to the interwebs to see what else is recommended by my primal peeps. I have now eaten 4 raw cloves of garlic(INTENSE) and had 3 cups of fresh ginger root tea (damaging one fingernail in preparation). I just cooked up a steaming mug of grass fed bone broth with cayenne pepper, local honey, fresh garlic and kelp powder. Nobody is going to want to kiss me, that's for sure! I am heading to bed early to add sleep to the mix. Am I missing any whole food, all natural immune boosters? I need to be healthy by Friday morning.
