part 2 of my nitro fueled skin concepts series (part 1) - this time it's viscount! tbh i find him unexpectedly charming, i sure wish he could've been in a better game. based his exotic skins on Rich People Tropes i guess, and his legendary salesman outfit is purely for the pun. (the 24 karat skin is also supposed to look more like a real tazzie devil colour-wise - you can't see it because of the suit but rest assured he has the white marking on his chest with that skin)
