On Sunday, 27th February 2022. I got to visit some of children whom I have been teaching during the period of lockdown in Nsambya, Uganda 🇺🇬 that's Heart of Dance African Rhythm whom they got scholarship from Melissa foundation for them to acquire best education at St. Janan Luwum Bombo campus. It was moment of joy and tears to see each other has I had taken long without visiting them again, and I had to dance with them some #lindyhop without music just to feel the beats and rhythms in our body but what they requested me is that I should go back and conduct some of the #yoga, #swing dance and #lindyhop classes because they have taken long without doing them and no one can teach them apart from me. So now here I say that we love joy and happiness in our lives but we have to get them from people around us mostly because if you are alone sometimes, they can't happen well without having someone giving you that vibes or hipe.
