People making you feel undervalued and underappreciated? Toss ‘em! Folks basing your worth on mountains of productivity? Mute them! Individuals who manipulate and ignore your boundaries? OH HELL NO! Straight up toxic humans? Kick them to the curb! PIVOT! PIVOT! PIVOT! 🤸♀️🤸🤸♂️ You owe them nothing. The only person who is owed something is you! So give yourself oodles of love today and every day. 💘 I also want you to remember to pivot towards love and growth. Loneliness and our inner monologues also toss toxic ideas into our headspace. Sometimes your synapses scream: Shouldn’t you be using this time to improve yourself? DON’T GAIN THE COVID 15! You didn’t even get dressed today? Loser. It’s OK to tell your brain to shut the fuck up sometimes. 😇 Especially now, loneliness trumps all our thoughts and twists them. Don’t let your loneliness dictate what love and respect you deserve. PIVOT! Stop convincing yourself there’s a limit on the amount of love you can give yourself or receive.
