Sunday Breakfast was chow chow bath! It was my hubby’s birthday so I decided on making his favourite breakfast! In my home town Bangalore we get these in our Hotels and darshinis! Living in Gandhi Bazar one of our favourite food joint was and still is! When ever we visit is ‘Bramhin’s Coffee Bar’ ! They are famous for their Idli’s with just coconut chutney! But, Chow chow bath as well. This is nothing but khara bath and Keasri bath ! A deadly combo of sweet and spicy semolina dish! Kharabath is nothing but Upma with a touch of Spice powder, and kesari Bath is a sweet pudding here I have added pineapple! Have you ever had this in Karnataka’s an other favourite famous breakfast? If not you should give it a try!
