Let's see what happens? I hand mixed #LonesomeStoneMilling #flour into a #fermented #dough earlier this week. I've added #vitaspelt #spelt flour and my #sourdough #starter along with #WHOLEFOODS Italy EVOO. I mixed 1 cup of #spelt with some instant dry yeast and hydrated it to give it a bump because of the herbs I was about to add of selected #PZZA #herbs.
