Back to Classes... Finally!

I was able to kick off the week, today, with a presentation to the Staff of the UTA library on American Tribal Style® belly dance. I started with a mini dance lesson, and finished off with a brief Power point on ATS®, and some of the physical and mental health benefits.  Needless to say, it was fun, I got to share what I have a passion for, and got a nice kick off to my week.  Now for the good stuff.  After two years of irregular teaching, I am hopping back on the teaching bandwagon.  I am offering an Introduction to ATS® class on Wednesday nights  at a cool little studio near UTA, called Vive by Design dance studio.  This is a small place, with a floor that has got so much character you just can’t help but want to bust a move on it.  To all those who are coming, it is going to be good times.  We are going to sweat, move, laugh, and cover a few of the basic ATS® moves to get those stagnant bodies moving!  Hope to  see you guys there!
