Thursday:
It’s Thursday and amazingly it got even colder! 😨 But, my day was much better than yesterday. In fact, today kinda rocked! 😏 So, I’ll put up with the frigid temps.
I also got in a pretty decent workout today! I did another HIIT circuit, with double HIIT intervals followed by upper and lower body strength training moves. It is such a good way to build strength and torch calories! With the back to back high intensity intervals, the HR stays pumping all the way through the strength training intervals. Especially with weighted surrenders in the mix! 😖
Total calorie burn = 451 kcals 👊🏽
